May 24,2024I absolutely love my D-Robe coat. I’ve had other popular branded, bulky dry robes with gimmicky designs and colours which to be honest, I didn’t enjoy wearing. This cost is so stylist, understated, functional and warm. The communication from the customer service is so attentive and quick to respond. I received the coat within 48 hours of ordering… unheard of! The sizing chart on their website is brilliant. It is so simple to use. I wish I knew about this company sooner. They are environmentally savvy and they responsibly promote sustainability. I don’t normally leave reviews but I can’t help but gush over this coat and the company.

Apr 09,2024Bought a small and then an xs to make sure I had the right size. Nothing was too much trouble for customer services who responded very quickly to my emails. Have kept the small and sending xs back. Refund to be sorted on return of item. Really pleased with the robe, warm and with a lovely warm hood. I'm 5'5" and a size 12/14 by the way if that helps anyone. The xs did fit but didn't have as much wriggle room on the hips and sleeves just a little bit too short with arms outstretched. Just felt the small gave me a bit more leeway with thicker longer jumpers etc. Brilliant company to deal with, if you're not sure about buying I'd say do it. 🤩

Mar 13,2024This coat is brilliant and the service from D-Robe is even better. I initially ordered a Medium size but this was too big when it arrived. I was able to return this free of charge and the Small was delivered so quickly. The coat is comfortable, warm, loads of pockets and will make a big difference on my early morning dog walks!

Mar 11,2024Absolutely love this robe . Best on market . I have other leading brands and for warmth and comfort and waterproofing. It’s simply the best one . Really recommend it . Sizing I would recommend if you are larger in the hip area go a size up .

I ordered the wrong size first and the customer service was brilliant. I sent it back free of charge and got a smaller size delivered a couple of days later. Really thrilled with this purchase. Jan 14,2024At first I loved this coat - it has all the pockets I need to carry everything I needed on a dog walk without a bag. It’s warm and toasty and kept me dry. Unfortunately the zip has always been a little sticky. I purchased it last February and the zip finally gave out just before Christmas. I didn’t get much assistance from D-Robe - I emailed and did the online chat eventually when no one replied to my email. Anyway apparently the zips etc are only guaranteed for 3 months so if you do have an issue make sure you let them know straight away otherwise it’s not proving easy to get someone to replace the zip on it so I think I’ll purchase a new coat from another company now.

Jan 14,2024Love my coat. Slight delay on delivery due to the one I wanted being out of stock. Great communication from customer service team and plenty of options offered as alternatives. I decided to wait for the colour I wanted and they kept me updated . The coat was only a week later than originally expected and I love it. So warm - I use it for walking and watching rugby and even in cold winter days, standing outside for 2 hours or so, I’m warm and cosy. Lovely fleeced lining, loads of pockets and great size hood. Waterproof and Opal Grey is a great colour.

Jan 08,2024V Happy with my D-Robe coat, it's a quality item, well made, extremely warm whilst not being too bulky. I would definitely recommend. I also had to deal with customer service, I spoke with Elivra, who couldn't have been more helpful.

Jan 07,2024Brilliant customer service , straight exchange within a few days Lovely warm coat , don’t need layers. Brilliant deep pockets hot phone , gloves etc. Fab coat for all outdoor activities. I use mine for dog walking , great waterproof as well
