Sep 24,2024Love my DRobe, it’s high quality, and understated in its design which I much prefer in comparison to a similar well known brand. I’ve bought mine to wear as a coat when the weather gets colder and wetter to stand at the school footie and rugby matches. Customer service has also been excellent, very helpful and swift in response. Would highly recommend the Drobe for anyone looking for a good multifunctional swimming robe/autumn-winter coat

Sep 12,2024Sizes run quite large so had to exchange it for a smaller one but experience with the company from start to finish has been very efficient, pleasant and professional. I love the coat, roomy, stylish and easy to wear - can't wait for colder days so's to start enjoying it.

I bought two coats one small and one medium just for the size as I wasn’t sure which one would work for me , I was happy to say the small was perfect , I’m a uk size 12-14 and 5ft 7 . Great customer service . Thankyou .

Aug 02,2024I ordered a Beaufort Robe because they look less like a changing robe and more like a proper coat compared to other brands. All the small design details are what cought my eye. I was looking for something to wear on top of my regular jacket on wet winter days whilst commuting on my Vespa. The Beaufort Robe in green looks just like an old school Mod Parka, but is long enough to cover my knees so it's ideal. I got the XL first which was huge, then tried Large which was a bit narrow. I contacted customer support on the webchat about returning them both, and Rinae couldn't have been more helpful. She said they still had a few Large in stock which were an older design with a slightly roomier fit, and why not try this before giving up. She was right, it was a great fit and I'm very happy with my purchase.

Jul 25,2024It was a great experience, from my questions prior to buying, the packaging and updates, the robe itself is amazing - quality of fabric, construction, lining and pockets, and finally, the return process, as I had bought two to decide the better fit as I'm on the cusp of two sizes, which meant that the one return counted as an exchange so I didn't have to pay the postage. I can't wait to start wearing it.

Jul 24,2024I purchased a Beaufort Robe in Opal Grey in size S. I’m a female, 5’ 8” tall and usually buy a UK size 12 in clothes. The Robe arrived very quickly and I absolutely loved it. However I did need to size down. The company exchanged my purchase easily and quickly and I am now the proud owner of one in size XS. My 20 something daughter also loves it so am thinking about buying one for her too!

Jun 24,2024Having seen many adverts for these robes and getting fed up of being drenched whilst dog walking, I ordered one of the blue robes in small. I went by the size guide on the website but when it arrived, it was huge. This is more of a personal thing as I prefer my coats more fitted and I appreciate robes do come up large. I contacted customer services and was luckily enough to have Elvira respond to me. What an absolute star! She has been fantastic. I exchanged my robe and had the new one within 5 days and the new one fits perfectly. My husband is now also going to order one. Fantastic coat, great quality and probably the best customer service I’ve ever had. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Jun 22,2024Where do I start, Elvira was amazing, I ordered a robe, arrived very quickly. On arrival I wasn’t sure about the colour & robe was too big. I emailed the company, Elvira, emailed back within hours. Reassured me it wasn’t a problem and exchanged the robe. On the arrival of the 2nd robe it was too small. I emailed Elvira again & again I received the same excellent communication & customer service. I returned the 2nd robe and am now awaiting my 3rd. The communication is 2nd to none, every step has been amazing & Elvira went above and beyond for me. More companies need people like Elvira she made everything so easy.

Jun 19,2024I’ve been looking for a dry robe type coat that’s not massively oversized even in XS to use for camping, at festivals etc rather than for changing under. Being a petite 5ft 1.5 size 8, most coats I’ve tried have swamped me and looked far too bulky to move about in. Really pleased I came across D-Robe as this is the perfect solution for me. Will keep me warm and dry and won’t look out of place if I want to wear it as a general winter coat either. I contacted D-Robe via email to double check sizing and measurements around the chest and hips and they quickly responded with comprehensive details so I could make an informed decision. My new coat arrived the day after I’d ordered it so super quick delivery. Excellent customer service and very well made. Would highly recommend.

It’s fantastic quality, just the right side of warm & fantastic at keeping me dry. Great attention to detail too throughout the design. I had to exchange the size & cannot fault the customer service. Jun 15,2024Owning dogs and a campervan means I am frequently soaked by the British weather! After much research into waterproof coats opted to purchase from D-Robe. Their coats are excellent quality, exceptionally well made, warm but not too warm, bulky but not heavy and are very definitely waterproof. Attention to detail is amazing, there are many useful pockets and is, put simply, very easy to wear. If that wasn't enough... the coat comes with a free quality cotton tote bag. The company are very ecologically minded and all packaging is full recyclable. Communication is excellent and the customer service is faultless. I had a few issues (self inflicted) with the order and they addressed and resolved every single one of them. I cannot fault this company. They and their product are brilliant and I cannot recommend them highly enough

Order placed on Sunday and delivery on Tuesday despite address in far north of Scotland. The coat is perfect, cosy and stylish. I can see me getting lots of use out of it all year long. I really am very happy with this purchase and will now get one for my husband. Great quality, great service and excellent price point . Very highly recommend

It was simple to order online, followed the sizing guide, I am 5ft 4in and wear sixe10, and the extra small fits perfectly.
