The team at DryDogs are always extremely helpful and their products are excellent quality, especially the escape proof harnesses. We highly recommend them to everyone.

Never received a refund despite having proof of postage (returns aren't free, so you pay postage twice if there is an issue with your order) company say they haven't received returned item and you lose your money £30+. Will never order from this company again.

Aug 24,2023Whilst the products are fine, I was surprised to be slapped with a €56 customs request when I was informed “taxes paid” during the order process. Having spoken to their customer “service” team I was told “it’s on our website, I’m sorry you missed it”. If there is mention of one set of taxes during the order process, the customs taxes should also be mentioned especially given that they are a UK company, as opposed to having to hunt around on the website in the FAQs section. “I’m sorry you missed it” isn’t an apology, it’s an insult. For this reason they get a poor rating because they misled during the order process. Had there been clarification then I wouldn’t have placed the order.

Jul 27,2023My Lurcher Honey loves her new waterproof lightweight coat which arrived very quickly and is well made. Just right for those summer showers when her wax coat is just too heavy.
