Returned a product middle of January, they signed for the returned item but never refunded me I’ve had to open an investigation with Klarna who now have to get involved as DryDogs seem to be ignoring every email I send about this and it’s now nearly been 3 weeks since I last heard from them. Awful customer service never buying from them again.

Feb 09,2024Ordered the wrong size but was able to get it replaced by return. The waterproof coat is just what I’ve spent such a long time looking for. Easy to put on, keeps my dogs chest and stomach a lot dryer. I will definitely recommend your company and dog coats to friends.

Feb 07,2024Ordered two lots of jumpers for my lurchers- size guide no where near correct or close to it. Really expensive for the material quality. Wouldn’t recommend and certainly won’t buy from this site again! Contact number provided doesn’t get answered, but you do get cut off after a few rings.

Feb 02,2024I have ordered a large and a small towel as well as shampoo, dog scent and a warm waterproof coat. The towels dry my dog extremely well and the coat with the integrated harness is preferred by my dog more than any other coat I have bought. The service is exceptional and the items are delivered within a few days. In all I would recommend DryDogs to anyone.

Jan 17,2024Decent quality harness (comparable with RuffWare) and considerably cheaper. Quick delivery and my whippet is as indifferent about this harness as she is with any other! ☺ More forgiving and adjustable than other market-leading brands. What's not to like?

Jan 11,2024Nice quality coat and a good fit with fast delivery. Only problem is with the coat is there is no hole for the lead but I think we ordered the wrong one so probably our fault.
