Nov 02,2024Customer service was very good. I had to ring up for some advice about sizing and the person I spoke to was very helpful. It was easy to order on line and I liked being able to track my order. The items came on the day indicated. The quality is excellent - our lively lurcher can no longer wriggle out of his harness.

Beautifully tailored, soft warm fleece, easy to get on and off and my little 11 year old whippet loves it… hates being cold and he just loves to snuggle up. Also received a birthday discount so ordered him a second as was that impressed. Many thanks

Oct 19,2024A few months ago, I bought my dog a raincoat from here. I did a lot of research so I was hopeful it would be the right thing. Initially I got the wrong size so I had to return it for another. That was all fine – no problems. But now that it’s autumn and he’s been wearing the raincoat, I’ve realised that it isn’t waterproof. We’ve just come back from a walk in the rain and his stomach was completely soaked through despite being covered by the coat. Hopeless. I’m going to have to throw it away and buy another one (from somewhere else!) and it wasn’t cheap. Very disappointing.

Oct 11,2024I've given 2 stars as we measured our Whippet according to instructions and bought the appropriate size. It was too big. No problem, we could get the smaller size. My partner called Drydogs and explained - he ordered a new smaller harness over the phone and the person said to do the return online. I went online only to find that had I gone there first and asked for a 'store credit', I'd have been refunded the full harness price AND postage. I could then have used that to buy the new harness with postage. I wish the person on the phone to my partner had pointed this out because as it is I've paid for two lots of outward postage and a return postage. ***UPDATE: the smaller harness doesn't fit, either as it's way too small. 2 x outward postage and 2 x return postage later, we are no further forward***

Oct 08,2024The coat arrived in good condition didn't have to wait long, it is a good fit and keeps Moss dry where its most important her back, she can race round through bushes without getting over heated, she's a cockapoo so has amazing energy even at 11 yrs. Will buy again when needed.

Oct 01,2024At last a coat that fits! My Cavalier King Charles spaniel is a normal shape and size but all previous coats from other shops have either been too short along the back or too big around his tummy, this one is perfect!

Aug 13,2024I have placed a few orders with this company (including coats, collar, lead) and have always been happy with the ordering prcess and quality of the goods. I have recently had to return a car seat extender due to it not being suitable for my vehicle. I needed some adivice on the returns procedure and the staff member I spoke to when I telephoned was patient and helpful. I would definitely purchase from Dry Dogs again.
