May 08,2020Amazingly professional and reliable. So pleased with the work thats been completed today, stress free and no messing about. I was previously messed about by a company called "Safefom security" who intsall my camera originally, the guy did a poor job and put in dodgy equipment for voltage etc. So i called "Dts London" who i also found on google, the engineer arrived today on time and no mess about, fixed the issue with my camera all withing an hour. He was super professional. Thank you so much, i can finally feel safe in my home.

Apr 10,2020I booked DTS to install a new phone extension and mount a new TV on our wall. I'd not previously used DTS and relied on the straightforward advice I was given when I called and enquired. The technician who was booked arrived promptly at the advised time and efficiently and diligently set to work. He cleaned up after the jobs were completed and ensured everything was set up and working to our satisfaction before he left. If I have any further TV, WiFi or related work required in the future I will definitely book DTS and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company.

This is especially useful, as currently I can still see what is happening - which is perfect during times like now whilst we are unable to travel because of Covid19. Mar 28,2020I was recommended this company from my cousin and used them to install my alarm last year. This week I got a fault on the alarm and having called today I was dealt with by Anthony. The service I received was absolutely amazing. Obviously knowing we’re in lockdown I wasn’t sure anyone would be able to help resolve the issue. Anthony managed to get hold of an engineer to remote check my fault. Even though they officially closed at 7pm he worked until 10pm with the engineer and communicating updates to me until the issue was resolved. I was absolutely amazed by the service and honestly don’t expect that these days. But the service like this restored my faith in people and good humble companies that put their customer first. Thanks you for going above and beyond!

In particular DTS's ever readinees to attend site meetings to discuss design and offering sound advice for all the options that was tabled. We were also impressed with DTS immediate action to go into production once design was agreed. Last but not least - DTS's ability to have the same day call out for an engineer to attend any site issues with installation.

Mar 10,2020Antony, and his team have just completed an CCTV install for me at one of my branches, they were excellent, everything originally discussed has been achieved and Antony and his team were also very adaptable and obliging when I added or change the specification at time to time, and they always made me feel that it is was not a problem and as a customer I can have what ever I decided to change to achieve my company goal. They was very polite, professional, and also quick and efficient at getting the task at hand done, all the team seemed dedicated to their job rolls. I would recommend Antony and his team DTS, having dealt with many different projects and trades over time in my family run business which has been established over 50 years. I would like to also mention Antony is very dedicated to his business and professional, even if something is needed doing out of most people’s normal working hours of 9am 5.30 he was still doing and it until he had achieved what was needed.
