Ash was very helpful and polite, and even spent some extra time with me to show me how to work my system! I would definitely recommend and be using them again.

May 29,2022I had 2 cameras installed by dts roughly 2 months ago. (Anthony)£1050. £525 for 2 x cameras. £525 key forbe system. The cameras have been off-line more than online. After 4 failed attempts (4 seperate days being off work un-paided with no solution. An engineer came out on the 5th day and got them working. The engineer came out again last Friday evening to get there key forbe system back and my cameras were working for all of a few hours and again are off line .they have said there is nothing they can do. I have all screen shots from this. And they have just been constantly winding me up since the day they were installed. I would never off thought professional bodies were allowed to get away with things like this. But it seems they aren't worried in the slytiest. they are blocked and I now have to find another security company who might know how to get the cameras working. I wish I initially went with my plan of buying cameras from currys,hence I would of had the instructions on how to keep cameras working if ever the plug comes out or what ever problems came up. There is no possible way of getting them to work. I am again left with no working cameras. The box is just sitting there off and has been for 3 /4 weeks .I was hoping Friday they would be working but after 3 weeks there just not and nothing can be done . That's how they have left it. An absolute joke.

Feb 17,2022Having wanted a security light and wanting a trust worthy company to fit it, I would highly recommend DTS London. I called up and was able to book an appointment within the same week. The engineer came out and fitted the camera and light and showed me how to set up the system on my phone. Subsequently any queries I have had have been responded to promptly by friendly and efficient staff.
