Mar 15,2019Anthony was very patient with us having 11no flats in our block and it can be difficut getting agreements from all residents. He followed up regularly and kept in touch. The DTS installation team was friendly and accomadationg to the residents and DTS even agreed to install and connect on an existing unit installed for one of our residents that is deaf and has cerebral palsy FOC. I cannot stop talking about them and would recommend them to anyone that is looking to do anyhing with regards to alarm systems, access control systems, door entry systems, communal TV systems and entertainment solutions in London. Hope we can work together in the future again!

Sorted out internet connections quickly after installation and all works well on PC and phone. When I accidentally overtyped a password a few months later, it was quickly resolved the same day.

Anthony stayed late in the office to help talk me through setting up all the software on my computer, phone and iPad, and made everything super easy for me. These guys really set the standards for professionalism and expertise. Really pleased and would highly recommend them.

Feb 05,2019Excellent. Fast and efficient service - experts who finally helped us sort out our poor WiFi connectivity. We are delighted. We had a small problem when I discovered they had used a European 2 pin plug in a UK socket. Seemed to me to be a bit sloppy when the job they did seemed so thorough in every other respect. However when I called - operatives attended immediately and changed the plug. Not sure why they hadn’t bothered to change it over originally? Would have given 5 stars if not for that. Otherwise very happy though and would recommend.

Dec 18,2018I have replaced my business CCTV 3 times over the last 10 years and DTS are by far the best I have dealt with. None of the other companies have helped when we have had problems post install and DTs after sales service has been excellent. We had some IT networking done post install and they couldn't have ben more helpful getting us back up and running.

My job was completed in a timely and professional manner and the engineer (Bill) was very helpful. 2 engineers came for a follow up about a week after the installation and answered the few queries that I had. All in all a very painless experience and I would gladly recommend the guys.
