Feb 23,2024I had contacted dts enquire about a CCTV and intruder alarm system. They were super helpful and met all of my needs in regards to my property's safety and security. Matt attended our property and delivered a neat and tidy job. He had explained everthing from start to finish and met all of our requirements. The greatest part of my new home security system is that my cctv and intruder alarm are both integrated into the same mobile application, which makes it extremely conveniant to monitor!

Matt was very patient and knew exactly how to remedy the issue without referring to anyone or anything. I was very happy with his work and the fact that he was able to manoeuvre around the disarray as I am currently decorating. I believe people like Matt needs to be praised on the work they are doing giving their company the good name I’m sure it maintains. Had a few people come out from DTS and have found all of them to give a five star service.

Nov 20,2023We have had a door entry system which hasn’t worked for some time, causing considerable frustration. I called DTS and they were very efficient in dealing with our problem. A new system was installed today by Steven. His service could not have been better - he completed the work quickly and efficiently - and was happy to spend time explain all the intricacies of the system and how it interfaced with our phones. He was happy to deal with all our questions (which he did very patiently) even though many of them were based our limited technology skills! A very friendly approach. So, all round, we are very happy with the DTS service.

Jan 17,2023On Sunday afternoon I had submitted an enquiry to DTS in regards to having an Ethernet cable fitting from my modem/router (located on the ground floor) to my office on the top floor (third floor). In less than 24 hours I was good to go with my new Ethernet cable setup in my office. I couldn’t believe how fast everything was completed. Oniel and Anthony, and their team was highly professional and efficient throughout the process. They answered all my questions and explained how everything is going to work after I had explained to them exactly what I wanted, which they delivered perfectly. The work that was carried out was clean and you could hardly notice anything had been done, which is something I really wanted because of all the cabling that was required. They even offered great advice to further enhance the devices in my office, which was great to know. All in all a fantastic job done and I highly recommend DTS and Anthony/Oniel/their team.
