Gavin answered emails and 'phone calls quickly and was very helpful in answering all my questions knowledgeably and helpfully. Apart from their products fitting what I wanted, it made me want to work with them as a company and gave me confidence in them. As we are a long way from Leicester I collected the rooflights myself and although they are not yet fully unwrapped or installed, they look excellent quality. Starting from scratch with no knowledge of rooflights, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Duplus in terms of quality of product and pleasure to deal with. Thank you.

Dec 20,2015Over the moon with our new lantern over the dining area and skylight in our office. The skylight adds an amazing feeling over the dining area and also at night with our coloured led strip lights it gives a great atmosphere. The service we received was slick and received our glazed units and they were fitted extremely fast. The electric opening on the sky light was very easy to wire. Gavin talked our electrician through it and also sent an email to help. Thanks for a great product which gives a great atmosphere day and evening in our new extension
