Sep 16,2020Very unhelpful, uncaring and rude. They thought it was OK to diagnose a very sick cat over the phone. FYI for the Vet It was not a abscess, it was a very aggressive cancer tumour. They wanted to keep a cat in pain for 6 additional days. They do not care. The receptionists first didn't understand and secondly were so rude. . AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Aug 25,2020I have recently visited easipetcare Dartford on a number of occasions with my dog for his booster vaccines, pet passport and Neuturing. The staff are always friendly and helpful, and are great at putting my dog at ease - he actually loves visiting and cant wait to see the vets! It's great to find a vet that genuinely care about your pets. Their prices are affordable too. I want to say thank you to all the staff for making my dog feel so welcome and cared for, and for working so hard during the pandemic!

Jul 06,2020On the 1st July this year (2020) My lovely, faithful, beautiful German Shepard Xena passed away, next to me in my bathroom at 03.50, I phoned Easipetcare out of hours emergency, on four occasions, left three messages, no one got back to me, I managed to get through on a four attempt, and was told I could either take her there or take her to my local vets, so, I decided to take her to my local vets, as this was the closest, I called Easipetcare Kettering, and they said to call them when I was leaving, and to take her round the back of the building, this was really traumatic for me, as I’ve never had to deal with a deceased animal/pet, so, I sat thinking what was the best way of dealing this, so I got a back seat cover from my car, and me and my son managed to get Xena down the stairs, and into the car, I called the vets to let them know I was leaving, the receptionist said to call them know when I arrived, and someone would come out to me, on arrival I called the vets, and the receptionist said someone would come out to me, after making three phone calls, to find out when someone was coming out to me, I was told they are really busy, 25 mins later, the practice manager came out, I told her this is unacceptable, she kept apologising, although this did not help me at all, then because no one was available, the practice manager said I had to help her in with Xena, as there was no one available to help her

Jun 25,2020Absolutely the best vets ever, kind, caring, fairly priced Unlike the emergency vets at compass close rainham, we're it could be this or it could be that After paying £230 pounds and being told to go home and if there is no change come back and its going to be £2000 plus for op Only paid £698 for everything Inc after care and meds Top marks Easipetcare 👍👍

Jun 23,2020Really great vets, i use the Dartford branch, my dog has been registered there for 5 years, he has had two procedures there and both times they have provided excellent service, prices are a lot fairer than the “standard” vet prices -

Jun 15,2020I would usually have posted a positive review, but not currently, rather disappointed that my reactive dog who can only be off lead in a secure field which I hire, his booster vaccine which is needed to attend the field ran out beginning of June. Contacted easipet derby to be told that this couldn't be done until August (apparently the vaccine lasts 15 months, if this is true why are we told it is needed every 12 months). Now researching a new vet

Jun 13,2020A complete disgrace for a vets. My cat had a fight today and she was bleeding from her leg and would not put any weight on it so I called for what I classed as an emergency appointment to be told they’re too busy to see my cat and to ring other vets. Tried this and no where would see new animals due to COVID, all confirmed regardless of how busy they were if she was registered they would make time to see her, rang easipetcare back to be told well try ringing vets in Nottingham! Not the person I spoke to fault but clearly not so easy for pet care when they can’t try to see an emergency case or even offer an appointment for the following day. Save yourself time and stress and register elsewhere.

May 28,2020The manager of dartford practise is very hard faced. After several visits with out dog to easipetcare dartford and almost every visit the price was more than quoted. And being told it’s only a quote. Bloody hell in some cases it was double. We went to pick up our dog after surgery and could hear her crying we brought along the quoted amounted and surprise they doubled it again. The manager wouldn’t less us take our dog without paying the full amount even though we paid every single time before without fail and promised to bring back the difference the next day. Manager is horrible and should not being working in this industry. Better of in a hard sales environment. Never use again

May 02,2020Vet just didn't care at all about my dog. I got him off a woman who couldn't have him anymore due to work commitments (Aged 4) so took him in for his vaccinations and initial checks. I asked about his breathing (quite heavy and snorty) and was literally told "it's fine", and the same with his weight (when I am now being told he is overweight - and he is the same weight he was when I asked previously). My dog is now quite unwell, something like a fit happened to him last night which is now under investigation and is most likely caused by his breathing which highly likely wouldn't be an issue if it had been investigated properly.
