Staff are always friendly, great service as usual
Very friendly
We went for a vaccination and health check for our kitten. Very nice and professional staff. We had to wait a little but all was good. Very recommended
You treated my cat very well Im concerned i cant get a appointment for him to be neutered
As usual the vet was great and removed my dogs stitches and post op check . All staff are lovely .
Amazing staff on reception vets are lovely, i had 3 12 week puppys who needed to be seen at no time did i feel rushed. Really reasonable prices highly recommended
Great vets always friendly and helpful 👍
My dog had his surgery all went well had to go back to vets just over a week later on a Saturday just after midday when my dog had a panic attack and was told would have to take him to emergency vet in Reading. Dogs are not just ill Monday to Friday or Saturday morning. A idea to have emergency vet on call at our local vets and not have to drive another 30min when your pet is under detress.
Staff were amazing and caring I couldn’t of asked for better care and love
Five star treatment every visit 😁always welcoming and makes my pet feel at ease
Brilliant veterinary service and not too expensive 👏🏼
Staff very friendly and caring, you can tell they are all pet lovers which puts you at ease right away. Good prices for excellent care.
Don't be fooled by their website claim of 'no hidden charges'. It is made very difficult not to pay a £41 consultancy fee. There is no mention of this fee on their website or when making bookings and they won't refund it. Update: Trading standards were very interested and have a number of cases open against easipetcare. Although what they are doing is 'legal', it is not ethical and is 'sharp-ish' practise. Avoid, or at least be aware that it is not a transparent proposition.
Took my Frenchie in for a simple castration. A very strange swelling came up and we were advised by easipetcare to go home with antibiotics and leave him for a few days. So glad we didn't listen to them and took our boy to the emergency vets that night. A week of hell and trauma, 4 emergency surgeries and £8000 later, it turned out they had cut his urethra and his body was filling with urine! If we had taken Easipetcare's advice then he would be dead. Both our boys are now with a different vets and will never set foot in this place again. We did EVENTUALLY get our money back (but they refused to pay us back for the original castration - what a cheek!)
Update on previous review after the care the staff showed when my 'old man'went over the rainbow bridge. I have just received a beautiful card with a condolence message in. Needless to say I'm now in floods of tears again but they are tears of gratitude and the card will sit with him on the shelf in the alcove where he had his bed. Again, I cannot thank the staff enough for their compassion ❤
Extremely rude, dismissive and unhelpful staff, tried being contacted with the manager her name was Lania i believe and she ended up hanging up the phone to me! will be contacting the head office.
TERRIBLE HORRBLE RUDE !!!!!!! Definitely would not recommend !!!!!!!!!!
omg…..where do I start!! I’ve been trying for days by phone to try and arrange an appointment for my dog to be neutered, (being a responsible owner!) What a joke, recorded message then when it gets to a continuous ringing tone, (which as other reviewers have also said can be over an hour+) someone goes to answer then cuts you off, worst vets ever 🤬 I also smell a 🐀 with this company?? Seems dodgy somewhere. Anyway I did TRY and get my dog neutered here, but I’ve given up and will register somewhere else, where they DO answer the phone, and where they do encourage responsible dog ownership, especially with regards to neutering!!
Took my puppy to Dartford clinic for his vaccinations and was greeted by an extremely rude and abrupt vet. He was extremely harsh and rough with my tiny pup and had no form of sympathy for my puppy as he was whining as was in pain. No real love shown for the job at all. Did not give me any information regarding how long before pup can go out or any side effects that may come. Horrible experience for first time dog owner and my poor puppy. Will never use again.

May 01,2022My samoyed expecting, had scan 4 + puppies. Late giving birth vet kept reassuring.me all ok. Left her septible to infection. Scan 5 days before c section vet pointed out 3 puppies, alive it's know pups hiding under rib cage. C section only 1 puppy, it had to be uthanized. 3 puppies vanished. Vet deleted ultrasound. Had argument with vet, very cold and wasn't bothered and walked away and didn't want to discuss any more.
