Feb 04,2025Baleigh at Weybridge showroom was so helpful and knowledgeable, she really helped design the perfect bathroom. Although I did not source all my materials from easy bathrooms the items which I did purchase were high quality and for a good price. I would recommend shopping here. Also the weybridge branch has an extensive showroom which is great for inspiration and ideas.

Feb 03,2025I visited the showroom on Leek Rd in Stoke-On-Trent numerous times over the last few months. I always receive great customer care. All my questions were answered swiftly and the staff is very courteous and knowledgeable. I highly recommend paying them a visit. There is lots of well designed bathroom displays and it makes choosing all the elements much easier. Today I was served by John who helped me complete the order and gave great and valuable advice. After looking at a few sets, we asked for assistance from Dan, who was immediately very proactive and provided us with outstanding, highly professional advice. What started as a simple visit to get some ideas turned into us purchasing a completely new bathroom, all thanks to Dan’s excellent support. Feb 02,2025Read the small print … we’ve had bad ceramic casting on a toilet causing a leak, failed heating element in a towel rail and now a failed shower mixer … nothing with a moving part is covered so their guarantee on e.g. taps or shower mixers is worthless. Poor quality product and worthless guarantees. £13k we spent with them … go elsewhere !! Update: EasyBathrooms have agreed to ship part, awaiting that currently.

Feb 02,2025From the start it was a positive experience. I had plenty of time to choose the bathroom suite I wanted. Helpful sales assistant took the time to highlight every page of the catalog that the bathroom items were on. Gave me plenty of delivery date options. The bathroom suite arrived on the agreed date with no missing items and was delivered by a very helpful driver. I would have no hesitation in using Easy bathrooms again.
