they provided the wall tiles for our bathroom. The tiles are okay but they calculated we needed 15 900x900 tiles but actually needed 21. This has led to have to redesign our because the builders are onsite
Phoned local branch to order a spare part for out toilet cistern as it had stopped filling up with water after flushing.The lady was very polite and took the part number of my toilet and said she would talk to technical department.Contacted me a couple of days later when she phoned to say correct part was still available so I paid and she ordered it in . In the packaging it looked correct and I joked to my plumber that won’t take long to fit as I had ordered the part direct .A few minutes later there’s an almighty racket coming from the bathroom as my plumber had to literally take the whole cistern and toilet off the wall to modify the fit -the new part supplied was a slightly different size to the original one supplied by Easy Bathrooms when I bought the complete suite four years ago .The job took far longer than originally quoted but that’s not my plumbers fault .If parts have the same part number why on earth are they different sizes to the original

The bathroom was exactly as we wanted apart from the toilet cistern that didnt fit flush against the wall, the delivery was great and the tiles beautiful. the sales lady calcuated the number of tiles exactly corrrect, but we ordered an extra 4 for breakage and chipping but these were not required.Pity they could not be returned. However definitely value for money and would recommend
This is the first time using Easy Bathrooms in Darlington. We have been delighted and impressed with the customer service, product knowledge and advice in particular to Michelle the showroom manager. She has gone above and beyond meeting our requirements. We will certainly use Easy Bathroom again and have no hesitation recommending this company to friends, neighbours and colleagues.

Disappointed fitter won't just fit bathroom furniture. Anyway I must compliment you on your bathroom displays and excellent sales ladies. Delivery was excellent and our bathroom furniture arrived when expected.
Staff explained everything and answered questions I asked. Prices are very good and value for money extremely good. My shower room now is excellent. We are very pleased.

Visited the MK Store 3 times and each time found all the staff helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy. Quality products. Good value in January sale.
***UPDATE*** After a week long very stressful SAGA I was finally able to return the panel in the slightly torn box. Thank you Customer Services! Still £100 worse off though because of transport costs. None of this needed to happen if the sample in the shop had accurately shown what I would receive. Originally they flat-out refused to take back the product because a tiny corner of the packaging was torn. Thankfully I was able to hire a van and get it to them before I leave the country for a few months. After I saw the design was completely different I tried to initiate a return. I then got the runaround from different people, ignored emails, and excuses until finally the posts on social media (and here obviously) made their mark. Thank you EasyBathrooms for taking back a product which didn't match the sample and making me run around and still cough up for the transport. I'm grateful you made that concession. Thank you! (Heart emoji). Their delivery (£65) was also a hassle - I was left waiting on the pavement and struggling to get the panels upstairs. This saga has left me drained and exhausted. (And worse off)
