Feb 11,2025The store manager at the Cheltenham showroom was exceedingly helpful from my first visit to view through to ordering for 2 bathrooms and a cloakroom, exchanges, deliveries and sorting some order delays; nothing was too much trouble. He answered my questions, helped with queries and decisions and gave excellent advice. The only issues I had were with your delivery service and the current trend of "kerbside delivery" - a nightmare for someone on their own who cannot lift Vanity units and baths!

Feb 10,2025Went in to the store to see the tiles in person then spoke to one of the representatives who was great. So very helpful, he sized up how many tiles were required and arrange for the delivery. It was made so much easier than me calculating incorrectly and having to return to the store more than once

Donna was professional, corteous and incredibly skilled in dealing with things when they don't go according to plan ( in my case, a delayed delivery of a sample tile). Thank you very much Donna. After receiving the sample, I visited the store in Orpington and placed an order. I look forward to collecting my tiles soon.

Feb 09,2025Very happy with my new bathroom purchased and fitted by Easy Bathrooms . Very friendly & helpful staff who guided us through the purchase of our bathroom. Fitting date was arranged than anticipated & installers were amazing and friendly guys. Customer service was great and delivery very efficient & was always kept up to date on what was happening. My bathroom has been transformed. Would definitely recommend and will be speaking again with them to transform my cloakroom. Overall experience great.
