I got the step up to get over my tub . Because the place l live told me my doctor had to fact a paper saying l needed my tub cut out . He did , but it will not be done till may 20 . That was why l got the step with bars to get in and out of the tub .

I ordered a basket for my walker. It was not what I expected was going to return item. It was 15.00 to return and it only cost 20.00 Need better return policy if the item is not excepted

Apr 28,2024Ordering and delivery was fine--no complaints. But returning items for refund or exchange is my problem with Easy Comforts. All the other catalog companies I order from have preprinted return labels that can be picked up by U.S.P.S. or UPS. Easy Comforts requires me to make my own return label, figure the postage price, apply stamps, and mail it from my post office. I no longer drive,and it's challenging to get to my p.o. Easy Comforts should use a return option with preprinted adhesive postage-charge defined stated label, that can be picked up by one's postal carrier.
