Oct 17,2023I would give zero stars if possible. The retinol hand cream I ordered smelled awful, like a really strong perfume smell and they wouldn’t let me return it unless I paid to return it myself. They need to get with the times and offer free returns like everyone else!

Oct 17,2023Really enjoy that you had such a variety of things in your catalog. The exercise equipment had a little dent in one of the pieces. We needed to use a hammer to get 2 pieces together, but all else was easy. Felt my muscles getting some much needed use after only a short while. The food was delicious, and the scrub brush was so soft, and pleasant to reach.

Oct 16,2023I called in my order. The first operator had a phone that just wasn't working, so I called back. Both operators had Very Strong Asian accents that were extremely hard to understand. They really tried, but it took a long while to get my order finished. It is not a job for people who cannot be understood. It's the company's fault for hiring them. I received my items, and was disappointed in a few of the items..they were not the quality I have received in the past.

Oct 16,2023Wrist Pedometer was a poorly constructed non-functional item. I tried two of them. The first one was a "recycled" used product that was dirty and scratched and didn't work properly. And although it was replaced immediately, the second one didn't work either. Both of the displays kept popping out of their wrist bands, so they would have gotten lost even if they had been functional. This product should be eliminated from your catalog.

Oct 15,2023The reason I gave a 2 is because I bought a three pack of reading glasses and when I received them one of the pair had the lens out of it sliding around in the package they came in, we got it put back in & it fell out again a week later so I switched to one of the other pair and I can’t see any words to read on my phone or on anything! It’s like the lens are foggy and no matter what we use to clean them nothing works! I bought glasses from Easy Comforts before but I needed a little more strength but I can see better out of the old glasses I bought from Easy Comforts then the new ones that are only 1 strength stronger than my old ones, so considering I already paid for the items I purchased the glasses were basically money thrown away because I’m using my old lower strength glasses ( I just hold things closer to my eyes so I can read things) it’s too bad because I like many items Easy Comforts offer but what a waste of money! I’m better off going to the dollar store and buying them there than buying any more from Easy Comforts! I never thought a DOLLAR STORE WOULD BE BETTER THAN EASY COMFORTS! Easy comforts needs to advertise as a dollar store online & in their catalog’s. That’s how cheaply made these glasses & the other few items I bought are, well only one thing I purchased is actually ok out of 5 (technically 7 items) because the glasses came in a 3 pack, I purchased! I’ve bought many items including reading glasses over the years and never had such cheaply, poorly made items! I definitely won’t waste my money at Easy Comforts again! I hope Easy Comforts is happy that they made money of me and I’m sure other people for items that were so terribly made! I’m done buying from Easy Comforts so please stop sending me your catalog because you will be wasting your money sending me your catalogs that I will just throw in the trash! VERY DISAPPOINTED FOR THE FIRST TIME IN YEARS THAT I HAVE BEEN BUYING FROM EASY COMFORTS!!! It would be nice to get a refund but I’m NOT paying for the shipping to send them back, that’s just wasting more money! I hope that Easy Comforts reads this review!!!

Oct 15,2023The service and timeliness of delivery was fine. I was very disappointed in the quality of the product. It is a lap tray with a cushioned bottom which I ordered to be used as lunch/food tray. The tray itself is extremely light and flimsy. I will hesitate before ordering from Easy Comforts again.
