Dec 14,2013Placed my order, got the bottles in perfect condition 2 days later! Fantastic! Not a single one is broken or chipped. Also needs to be mentioned that I was about to pay the same price for half the quantity, so I'm extremely grateful that I found ebottles.com. They have the dimensions of all bottles on their website--so very helpful. The shipping was a little pricey, but considering they were sending glass bottles, and quite a few of them, and they arrived all intact, that is a non-issue for me. Great service!

Dec 11,2013I ordered the 50ml bottles for my wedding. After they arrived, I realized the M&Ms we custom ordered would not fit in the opening of the bottles. I was extremely disappointed and concerned that my idea for our wedding was ruined. I called the eBottles.com customer service number to find out how to return the bottles. I spoke with Gladys who was incredibly kind and went above and beyond to help me find another bottle that would work for our wedding. She even double checked that M&Ms would fit in the next larger size bottle! She helped me easily process the return, while ordering a new shipment of bottles. Both personally and professionally, I have NEVER come in contact with a customer service representative who was so easy to work with and so willing to find a way to help me. I can't thank Gladys enough! On my wedding day, when I look at the completed bottles, it will be because of Gladys. Thank you!

Dec 11,2013Ordered 20 Flask Bottles....and couldn't believe one in the middle arrived broken....but on the shipping slip there wasn't a customer service number to call to report that. So I just let it go. One out of 20 isn't bad, but still.......Delivery was swift.....so in all I was pleased with the product to pack up my home brew Christmas Kahlua!
