Apr 01,2025Avoid buying black showers from this company…. My daughter purchased 2 x black showers for grandsons en suite, not even a year old and black is peeling really badly, they have a water softener and when contacted about issue they blamed us saying we must have used a cleaning product on it even though we stated we definitely did not. It said a years warranty but this was not covered apparently…… There are 5 black showers in the house with another on the bath attachment all are used most days and the other ones are from different companies…. Only these two have issues which suggest it’s a fault with these products from this company…….

Jan 01,2025Used for the first time to buy a Merlyn shower enclosure because they had the best price and stock availability. Unfortunately, the glass on the shower door had a small flaw but they responded quickly to my email and a new one was despatched the next day. They responded quickly to emails both before and after I made the purchase. A good company to use.

Dec 10,2024We got our unit I checked the unit and emailed that one of the corners of the unit was bashed . Unfortunately my email remained in draft so when I realised I was out with the time limit. I was offered a discount to buy the unit again at half price . This would have been a total out lay of just under £800 for a vanity unit . Then we find today that no wall hanging brackets in yhe box! We all know our plumbers can be booked in then not come due to emergencies .

Dec 06,2024We brought the, Solar Chrome Square 2 Way Thermostatic Bath Filler and Handheld EZ Box. We paid £205 in sale. Never again, this is because the tap is a very poor product. On top of this disappointment with the purchases. I also have to paid for the return because I didn't check the return policy. Ergonomic Designs Bathrooms offer a collection service but they have notify me this is from £54. 1 Star for customer service because they replied to my emails.

Dec 02,2024I recently went back to Ergonomic Designs as I was renovating my home. Once again their price, quality of choice and excellent customer service didn’t let me down. Even when a manufacturing fault caused my toilet to leak they we quick to act and we had a new toilet with us immediately. Great company and great service, will definitely use again.

Apr 15,2025If I could take away all the stars I would. Absolutely discusting service, had a £740 screen delivered last week, opened this morning to install soon as the strap cut the glass fell to pieces. Called customer services horrid call telling me I have 24 hours for damages . Consumer rights act 2015 says 30 days for damages and imperfections. Spoke with a lady called Beth, as per tried pulling a fast one and will not replace as the 2nd box was complained it was scratched. Happy to take this to court and had citizens advice telling me my case shouldn’t even be questioned under the consumer act. Ergonomics states their terms but it’s not law . Happy to leave a contact for any future customers so they can see the true essence of this corrupt company. Will update this post accordingly.
