Please note I'm really sick and was constantly coughing, sneezing and blowing my nose throughout the call. Anaru, was patient and understanding, very professional handling my questions and at the same time finding me options and competitive rates for both electricity and gas. Maria then transferred me to James who was able to discuss starting a new plan with Energy Australia . Thank you for taking the time to answer all my questions. James and Maria made the process of transferring my electricity very smooth.
