Dec 10,2021Rang energy monster to try and organise a same day connection, got onto Liam, he sorted my connection immediately, he spoke clearly, and I could understand everything he said, very refreshing experience compared to copping a sweatshop call centre, in God knows where, and trying to speak to someone that barely speaks English.
