I cannot speak highly enough of Liam’s customer service. I am not one to generally leave feedback but due to his professionalism I specifically requested to be able to do so as his customer service skills were outstanding. His response time And professionalism were above and beyond any of which I have dealt with in the past. Liam made sure that all of my needs were met in a professional and timely manner. Liam was aware that connection time was crucial and did everything within his power to ensure that all connections were made before cut off. Not only this but he also then went on to connect a new Internet plan for me beating my previous providers costs by $40 per month. I cannot recommend Liam and his customer service highly enough and I will be passing on his details to all of my friends, family and co-workers to ensure that they too, are provided with an outstanding manner of customer service like that of Liams. Because it’s been one week with no GAS and it still is not on after being told 29/4/22. It’s cold we have no heating nor any hot water to shower. Have rang three times and has been given the run around
