Apr 21,2024It was all right. I had a hard time getting the package, but that might’ve just been a problem on my side. I tried to order something that had one in stock but really it had none in stock so I was put on back order but when I asked them when they would come back, they said they didn’t have an answer, but it’s all right. They were very fast responding to any questions I had and overall they had a great team.

Apr 15,2024So I start off by saying that your product that I got was phenomenal as far as the design as far as being user-friendly it sucks you guys have one person to answer the phone that has no knowledge of anything you can’t get in contact with tech-support unless you email the person who answers your phone then they’ll relay my message to tech-support then tech-support will get back to that person and then that person will email me back. It’s the dumbest thing I’ve ever heard, and it’s the hardest thing to do when you’re trying to figure something out. My glasses stopped working both pairs that I ordered. Could something wrong with them, but I was unable to plug them in the computer and download the Python software that you guys put in your thread it says I’m outside of my country. It gives me access to change the eyes to change the geometry at all. I’m just stuck with whatever’s preloaded in these things , I’ve asked over four different times on different multiple messages have not got any answers so for that Customer service sucks I will never purchase anything from you guys again you’re not the only one that actually sells this product but other people that do sell it do actually have a customer service line with a tech that can actually talk to you on the phone and walk you through things
