I am not upset , I understand things happen, but i was dissapointed that I was not notified that there was an issue with my order

Jul 17,2024We were incorrectly charged sales tax, despite following their order instructions precisely and submitting the appropriate exemption forms. We've emailed and called multiple times over the last two weeks, trying to get the tax refunded, and they just keep saying that they've forwarded our paperwork along and they'll let us know when they hear something.
