May 18,2024I bought a Cardputer, but it was DOA (black screen). The only options for contacting support are messaging through the website or Facebook Messenger, which I thought was really weird. Very few people my age and younger even use Facebook anymore, and it seems silly that you would need a social media account to contact support. Regardless, I logged into my FB account after 13 years. I messaged the support channel, and after a long wait I was told that they couldn’t help me, and that I needed to contact through the website. Why do you offer chat support if you can’t provide support? Coming from an extensive IT background, this entire situation is an awful user experience. I feel like I wasted $30 on a paper weight.
