Apr 16,2024Well I want to give a good review, the delivery guy was nice and the guy I talked to online to purchase was upfront with delivery cost and nice as well. The problem is that they didn’t bring the parts to stack them. I was supposed to get a call yesterday and I had previously sent an email asking for a refund for those parts as we decided to just not stack them anymore but have received no response.

Apr 15,2024Awful return policy that is VERY misleading it is not “in line” with major retailers. They do nothing to help and try to charge 150 to return a small kitchen appliance. I will NEVER buy from them again. I could believe the arrogance the agent had and hid behind the policy when I was trying to still ultimately purchase the item but had made a shipping mistake at check out

Apr 17,2024I purchased my dryer and added parts/installation, and removal of old item, on the Electronic Express website. It was easy to navigate through to the final purchase. Delivery was 3 days later , while other places had me waiting over a week. Who can wait that long to do laundry. Not me. The website described the dryer in detail, which was greatly appreciated. I call customer service to correct my mistake of a 4 prong plug to a 3 prong plug. Customer support reassured me the delivery crew would have both plugs on hand. The day of delivery was here. Thank you Electronic Express! The delivery crew were great at backing the truck into my driveway. One crewmember got things ready for delivery. The other crewmember came to my door and introduced himself. This guy was so friendly I felt he liked his job and my worries about the delivery were gone. He looked at where the dryer was going and what was to be taken out. Electronic Express delivery crewmen were polite, responsible, and efficient. Before I knew it they were gone and the day of laundry began. Thanks again Electronic Express , you are my go to for future appliances.
