May 25,2024Sold me a defective unit and only option was to get Samsung to repair it or refund. They wouldn’t offer an exchange even though they said they have 6 more units available. I would have to return for a refund then turn around and buy it again. It’s freight delivery and would have to schedule the pickup plus a new delivery. More time without my oven. Ridiculous policy and what a way to take care of your customers. Been over 3 weeks without the $4000 oven! Been through one Samsung technician already and waiting for the next one.
