Sent email to confirm they had item I wanted. They replied quickly so I ordered & it was processed fast. I got my item before I expected so I was pleased with the entire experience from customer service to final delivery. I will definitely be using their site again in the future.

Both packages were damaged either when packed or prior. These are supposed to be brand new products. I like that they sell HotWheels because the better premium Hot wheels can be hard to find but for the price I expected them to be in new none damaged packaging’s. I also included an email to them without reply.

Ordered a tv on line to be delivered to my house, they contacted me and gave me a date and time but due to the weather it was delayed but they kept me informed about when they would be able to deliver it. Will definitely recommend them to anyone!

I ordered a Bespoke french door tuscan panel earlier this month and have not heard anything. I don't recall getting an order number. Can you please try and find it to find out what is going on with it.

At no point in the online ordering process did your website show a delivery date for my order, or even an estimated delivery date. I placed my order on 01/23/2024. As of 01/29/2024, I still have not received it, and have no idea when/if it will arrive. I'll give it a few more days, and then I'll request a refund.
