Dec 06,2023STAY WELL CLEAR! I cant stress enough have poor of a service this company offer. There web design team is outsourced overseas to India making communication awfully long and always issues with interpretation. There quality of the website they designed was shocking and not value for money. Since the website has been live we have asked them to change the errors which they havent and we have only received communication from the sales team trying to upsell. They also get you on "bolt ons" we thought everything would be included in the price but to have emails cost more at the end and now they are upping there prices for next year. Whether you are a start up or a established business I would highly recommend to look elsewhere

To me already this is fantastic it means they are happy to listen at anytime. Darren was the one I sew at the actual appointment give me time to listen and good advise. Then Anuj and Chris that I'm working with now. they have great patience.

They were helpful in design construction and responsive to changes, always going the extra mile to accommodate my wishes. Amendments came at least the day after I sent them and sometimes on the same day.

Oct 31,2023At first I wasn’t sure that my website was going to look as I would have wanted however with a lot of back and forth I ended up getting a lovely website made by Anupama. I have to say that the indefinite rounds of feedback you are given when purchasing this service from elevateOM is real. And although we took a while to get there and I had to be quite meticulous about how I wanted things to look I was never made to feel like I was being unreasonable or that my feedback was not valid. I have really appreciated the patience of my developer throughout this process and her quick turnaround of things. For their price point and for a start up like mine, I would highly recommend their services.
