At first I gave them 5 stars but that was the initial contact unfortunately the sales promised way more than what was delivered. I'm so saddened to write this as I have never given a bad review in my life. I've always managed a positive but not with this company. We will not be renewing our contract with them

If you are not familiar to computer or technology, I will highly recommend to use them as they offer different packages of service (content design, cookies and legal policy & etc). I appreciated Chris and Avinash who are both very helpful.

Sep 30,2023If I could leave 0 stars I would. Wish I had read all these bad reviews before going forward with this company. I was told my website would be turned around in 14 days, 3 months later I still have no fit for purpose website. Spelling mistakes, images that aren’t mine (I’m a makeup artist and using images that aren’t mine is false advertising and pretty sure illegal) shoddy layout, unprofessional and unusable. I told Chris I wasn’t happy with it at all and I wanted a refund as I had waited too long, and she replied saying she could see where I was coming from and she would try to fix it. I told her she had a week. Over a week later I had the second draft which was still no better. This company don’t listen to your requests and have no idea what they’re doing. I could have produced better myself- don’t get me started on the logo designs I was sent, they literally looked like they had been made by a child on word, I could have done this myself instead of paying all this money. Have asked for a refund numerous times and have been told no. I don’t want this company to even bother trying to fix this site, just want my money back and to start again with a reputable company.

I was impressed by the prompt responses I have always received from their members of staff and the professionalism and transparency (which for me is incredibly important) with which they conduct themselves. Every member of the team I have interacted with has taken a genuine interest in my business and in helping it to flourish and thrive. From my initial conversation with Tim through to my email interactions with Stacie and recent call with Aaron, everyone has been incredibly easy to communicate with and very understanding and supportive of my unique business requirements and position. I would highly recommend Elevate OM to any fellow business owners I know who are looking to optimise their website.

Sep 29,2023Feel really let down...paid alot of money for a website ...the first 18 months hosting was included....then was informed after thst first 18months hosting would be £95.00 a year plus vat. ( the main reason i used elevate! ) However the18 months is up and apparently the £95.00 a year hosting is not available now ...its £495.00 plus vat a year.. I feel this company are a bunch of scammers who reneged on their contract.... i have it.in writing re the £95.00 chargec so will take advice So ge wary of this mob!!
