Aug 04,2023I was very u happy with the end result I had asked for my original design to be retained. Chris said this would happen but they lost my intellectual property and non of the interactives worked. I was never show how the back office worked and as the site was.no longer fit for purpose had it taken down. All my money wasted. I was asked to do a review before the site was finished and I gave a good one but after all that money spent for nothing I have revised it.

I have paid this company thousands of pounds only to be told by an employee that they should never have taken on my website as too complex for them. Requested my files as to get the site finished I need to go elsewhere. Appalling service. I have been so patient and now legal action is my only way forward

Jul 19,2023My website has now gone live I had anuj and Chris in charge of the website design anuj has done a great job of the re design hopefully more Google friendly and more visitors anuj has been very helpful no problem with wanting different parts of website changed and adding more images to help make it stand out I went with ElevateOM as a local company and not based out of the uk I would recommend them. I would also like to thank linzi who sorted out a problem when they forgot to add the seo tags to my images and the keyword optimisation part that was in my invoice.

Jul 19,2023I would not recommend this company. I had good communication until I paid my deposit. Then I’ve been dealing with 6 different people no one calls when they say they will the website isn’t up and running. They don’t offer refunds for unsatisfactory work they just ignore you and get another member of staff to ask you the same question. They won’t get a manager to call you. The website layout is wrong the offer things that do not suit my needs they did not call to ask me my requirements.
