Mar 16,2020the sign up process was fast, I wasnt able to read what my limits were and with Micorblading they wanted $499 upfront without telling me what they cover exactly. SO no monthly Payment options. Maybe I missed the information and it was provide. When I got my certificate it was a nice coverage amount.

Mar 14,2020*UPDATE* After posting, the company reached out to offer a refund. (I had just purchased the insurance annual premium within the same week.) The contact center manager was very professional and easy to work with. Refund came a few days later. The customer service is appreciated. Revising to 3 stars. Poor staff training. It took several phone calls to get answers about coverage. Wildly different answers every time. Once I finally reached a rep who could email me the long form policy. (Different from the certificate of insurance) I read that instructing hands on classes is NOT covered by professional liability insurance. I specifically asked about before purchasing this policy. If the company is this incompetent during enrollment I shudder to think how supportive they would be during a claim file.
