Jun 21,2018From the start of signing up, I didn’t receive a callback for over a week. I had left voicemail messages and emails. When I finally got a response via email apologizing for not getting back to me and ensuring I would get a call the next day, I didn’t. Later down the road had issues with the free website and the customer service said they couldn’t help and gave me a number to call, when called the guy on the line was rude and told me I needed to change my company name...um no. These are only a few of the issues I had. I will never recommend or sign up for this worthless insurance company again. It has scam written all over it.
