I was very happy to renew. Also the fact that this company allows you to add it to your calendar in a year or 2 makes it super easy. No passwords to remember upon renewal either. One click and done!

I thought everything was good. The reason for the 4 star is. I sent an email asking a question about the policy I was looking at. I needed an answer to help me choose which one would fit my needs best. I felt, I didn't get a response in a timely manner. "BUT" I do appreciate all the things that you guys offer and cover for a new business just starting.
