Jan 03,2025I received the Honey Bee tote in purple for Christmas. To be clear, the bag is beautiful but it is HUGE. I was looking for a purse to use daily - I’m in the US so maybe “tote” is a term that is not universal. The photo on the website is NOT what I thought I was getting. It is twice as wide as the photo, it’s more like an overnight bag. I am so disappointed because I cannot use it. The photo needs to be updated or include a photo of someone carrying it.

Jan 01,2025Dissapointed. Received wash bag as a gift, for £40 I was expecting a well made and vibrant product. Instead, I received a bag that was rather dull, made in China (not what I was expecting given their ethical statements and price) and not that well made. Wouldn't recommend.

Dec 25,2024It's OK to charge delivery for the initial online order but not ok to charge for returns and exchanges/ replacements. I even offered to drop the oversized bags back to them but unfortunately they would not accept that even though we stay close by their offices. Returns have to be signed for and fully paid for - around £5 for me. Replacements woyld cost again. No one charges for replacements so sadly that's it from us as.

Dec 19,2024Ordered an item for £37 on the 4/12 and it’s now 18/12 with no item and no update. I’ve emailed them twice with no response. I’ve had an email to ask for feedback and when I press 1 very unlikely to recommend to a friend it doesn’t register! Very convenient. Very very poor. No item and no explanation. It was for my sister in laws birthday and it was today and I’ve had to say what’s happened.

Nov 12,2024Worst postage policy. Customer pays £5 in postage and then £5 in return postage if it’s not right. Ended up £10 out of pocket on a £30 item. What a weird online shop.

Oct 25,2024Do not order from them.dress was poor quality and not as advertised. Emailed them about 7 times for a refund. Either no response or at first they offered a discount on next purchase I will not order from them again just want refund. I will be reporting them

Had a question on the monogramming and they came back to me within 24 hours. Super quick and easy and love that I’m supporting a smaller business - will be back at Christmas I’m sure, really lovely bag. Thanks again!

Jul 26,2024I purchased two items from Elizabeth Scarlett that arrived fine, but Royal Mail left them in a bin with no lid. With British weather being what it is the parcel was sodden with items falling on floor as I picked it up. Absolutely gutted!! BUT Elizabeth Scarlett customer services have been amazing. Offering to replace the wet items immediately. The packaging is important as they are gifts for others. I am so relieved and will definitely be ordering again. Thankyou ES. Top Class :-)

Jun 04,2024I bought myself the rebirth frilly tote and glasses case because I love the ethos of using waste fabric. The colours are so beautiful and altho I’m not a glitzy person I love the embroidered shells- they are such high quality and so beautiful, it feels like a vintage piece. Loved it so much I bought the yellow/ pink sunshine set for my friend. She adores hers too! I feel like they will last for ever they are so beautifully made .

Apr 24,2024I have bought quite a number of their products now and each and every one is superb.I cannot recommend them highly enough both for yourself and as gifts.Each item is beautifully packaged and presented in cloth pouches for storage and delivery is fast and painless. I get many compliments when using the pouches or purses as they are so unique and embroidered exquisitely with vibrant colours-I have different colours for different outfits because I cannot resist them!

Jan 27,2024I first ordered from ES in Oct 2020 and have consistently ordered since then. I have bedding, pyjamas, pouches, mini pouches , totes , beach bag and my friends always know that a birthday or Xmas pressie will more than likely contain something from ES. I have never been disappointed apart from 2 buttons coming off one of my bedding sets after a first wash and within 2 days a new set had arrived. I love the quality and my first pouch has been used time and again to carry my beach essentials (oranges cotton) has been washed and comes out as good as new. If you want to buy a lovely present or treat yourself I highly recommend .

Really love the fact that they give back to the wildlife too. Customer services were so helpful and dealt with everything quickly and efficiently and to a very high standard. My order was delivered to the wrong address through no fault of Elizabeth Scarlett. I contacted customer service via email and had an immediate response. I was sent a replacement the very next day. I was a bit hesitant after reading the reviews about the quality but I was wrong! The products I ordered were of lovely quality, I will definitely be ordering again! It is a shame that the quality of the material now used to make them is far less superior than other items I've bought in the past from this company. The feel is not as luxurious and the colours not as vibrant -hence only 4 stars

Feb 03,2025I ordered a monogrammed makeup bag for my sister's birthday. The ordering and delivery process was excellent but I was very disappointed with the product itself which was pretty basic rather than the "luxury" item advertised and did not warrant the price tag. The gift box, recommended and supplied, was of good quality and reasonably priced but did not accommodate the gift.
