Ordered the constellations duvet cover set early August. Sizing wasn’t right so I returned the set shortly after. Due to me catching Covid and being ill I totally forgotten about the refund. 2 weeks ago I realised this, emailed customer service when they told me they didn’t receive the duvet cover set back. I couldn’t not believe it since the post office gave me proof of shipment. They needed to see this and after they did all of a sudden I received the refund! To cut a long story short - do not consider buying from this company. Its poor quality (made in China) and service is equally poorly. Stay away from Elizabeth Scarletts website, because if you do decide to order one of their products you are going to be disappointed!!!
Refused to do a straight forward exchange, insisting that when they received my returned item they would “have to” process a refund and then I would need to repurchase the correct one… so 14 days for them to process a refund, another 14 days for my card issuer to process their end, then I have to reorder and wait another 2 weeks for delivery? No thanks? How ridiculous. I want to exchange the tote bag for a normal size bag, the tote is absolutely ridiculous in size, looks like a newspaper boys bag! Just crap service all round really. Will never order again nor recommend. What sort of business can’t to a straight forward exchange?

Not only very beautiful quality items, but I received them very quickly in eco-friendly wrapping. Totally happy with purchases that also go towards helping wild life. Keep up the good work!
Very disappointed. Ordered on 19 August well in time for a birthday on 18 Sept. It arrived on 23 Sept due to poor communication. I paid to have it personalised for an extra £14. Wish I hadn’t bothered as initials are tiny. Overall the quality is poor. The ‘luxury’ velvet seems cheap and crumpled. The best thing about it is the box (which was an extra £5). Wish I had seen on line reviews as for a total of nearly £50 I would not have wasted my money.
Cushion was tiny, cheap-looking, and not worth the price. Not luxury goods.
I really don’t want to give 1 star. I wish, like others I had checked trust pilot before buying. My parcel arrived with the Bee bag - cheap material , the £25 make up bag - smelt dreadful . I paid for the box at £5 and it was water damaged. The dust bags are not proper dust bags, like a mobile phone safety bag type material , very thin like gauze . The brown ES self seal delivery bag had not even been sealed?! So all items arrived wet. I did get in touch through my ‘Shop’ App and I did get a response . I am waiting for new items to be sent , this was done without asking , or I’d have got my money back. They also sent a link to print off FREE postage label. I’ve paid something towards it to track the parcel . I am desperately upset as were for presents . Not luxury items at all. Dreadful quality Save your money folks!!!!
Cannot believe the items on this site are described as luxury! They are made in China and the quality is terrible! Wish I have looked on trustpilot before purchasing. I ordered one of the day bags and it doesn't feel like velvet, feels cheap and a waste of money. Agree with comments here, don't seem to be any genuine reviews on their site or insta.
Unfortunately I fell for the pretty pictures online, the products are very different in reality. Poor quality fabric and finishes and definitely not worth the money. The customer service I’ve received has been in keeping with the quality of products. I wish I’d read some of the other reviews before ordering.
I ordered a beautiful hummingbird makeup bag for my daughter in law and was about to order more items for my other daughter in law and my daughter but having discovered it was made in China I've changed my mind and won't be ordering any more. Very disappointed.
Such a beautiful product, exquisitely handmade with gorgeous designs at a very affordable price with proceeds going to a wonderful cause too. Fast delivery, arrived gift wrapped with a lovely personalized note which I thought was a great touch. Highley Recommend this brand and products great for gifts and of course a treat for oneself too :D

Absolutely love the range of products by Elizabeth Scarlett. Beautifully made and reasonably priced. I’ve bought a few pouches now, mainly as make up bags. They’re so eye catching and always get compliments. I love the monogram touch, it makes them feel extra special and it’s done and in the post incredibly quickly. I will continue to be a regular shopper!
Item is as described. It came a little creased but you’d understand that with a flat item and a flat sleeve it came in.
Elizabeth scarlet only post the 5 star reviews on their site so you can't trust them. I ordered the pink bee bag with handles and was extremely disappointed with the quality of this supposed "luxury" bag. I had wanted one for ages! Like other customers I was not impressed with the loose gold thread that looked cheap. The bag arrived completely creased up, the creases still haven't dropped out after a week. The tag says it's made in China which might explain the poor quality. The velvet feels cheap. Cheap lining. What I really don't like is that the zip is one of those zips that gapes at the ends rather than zips up completely which again, does not meet the expectation you would have of a brand that calls themselves "luxury". Overall, disappointing, over priced, and they won't post your review if it's not 5 stars which is fake and misleading. Don't waste your money. *I ordered on the Elizabeth scarlet website.
The actual pouch isn't awful, but for £29 I would really have expected much better. I ordered the navy velvet Sagittarius pouch and it arrived with white bits of fluff and dust stuck to it, which fortunately I was able to remove with a lint roller, although I shouldn't have had to do that. There were also many little loose ends of gold embroidery, which made the whole thing look untidy, which is a shame as it's a gift. But what really let the whole thing down badly was the awful customer service. I had tried to cancel the order but didn't receive a response for over two days and in the meantime it had been despatched. I asked about returning it, but the tone of the response wasn't particularly helpful and honestly made me feel that I was just being a nuisance. I was sent a link to returns information, which said that I'd have to pay to return it, which I understand, and that's quite normal. But the instructions also made it clear that the original delivery charge wouldn't be refunded even if I cancelled under the Consumer Contract Regulations, and that's actually unlawful. I pointed that out in an email, but never received any kind of reply to that. In the end I thought I might as well keep the pouch, because the whole thing wasn't worth the hassle, but I don't feel that customers are valued.

Oct 13,2021AVOID - I wish I could give a zero, as they provide zero customer service. Items returned (via tracked Royal Mail) as they were vastly over priced for the quality. Wash bag is tiny and material on all 3 items was not great. Items were received on 4 October by ES, I have emailed twice to be told that it takes 14 days to issue a refund because of Covid and If I have not heard from them within that window I need to send the proof of return. 14 days to issue a refund for returned goods is very poor. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. 18/10/21 They have now had my returns for 14 days and still no refund - yet another email sent with proof of postage and receipt at ES of my returns. Automatic email received acknowledging receipt of my email advising they will respond within the next 2 days!
