Sep 05,2023I’ve bought a selection of these wonderful pouches for relatives for Christmas/ Birthdays, they are a delight and roomy enough for lots of stuff, when travelling or even leaving around dressing table. Think a jewellery box type design would be a nice matching enhancement, but they are all beautiful designs.

Service was excellent as my original order didn't arrive; the ES customer service team were helpful and efficient and sent out replacement items quickly. I love my bag and will definitely be treating myself and family members again.

I have used mine as an elegant way to hold phone charging leads, as a toiletry bag, as an evening bag, and as a bag to hold bits and pieces during flights. I have several and I still do not have enough. I will be sending these as presents from now on as I like to give gifts that I would be delighted to receive!

Sep 05,2023I have a washbag and make-up bag which my sister loves. I ordered her a pair for a present but when they arrived, whilst being beautiful, the zip was sticking on the washbag. After advising the company I was sent an immediate replacement and instructions on how to return the faulty item free of charge. I'm giving a 5 out of 5 as can only but be happy with eventual product and customer service.
