I contacted customer services to make sure I had written the correct initials and they responded within 24 hours. I will definitely recommend and order again from Elizabeth Scarlett.

Latterly I have purchased a gift for another dear friend and a beautiful tiger bag for myself which has garnered many admiring glances and is currently being coveted by my mother! Warning regarding these products: you may need to conceal from family members who wish to claim the item for themselves. Or simply buy them something lovely too!
