Jan 19,2018I rate THE COMPANY 5 stars,(although, I did not talk with anyone, on any issues, good or bad), BUT, the product is 4 star! #StereoHeadphones - Very flimsy! The ear pad area is much smaller than expected. Shipping, if I recall correctly, IMO, was a bit steep! More suited for school age children. Should be marketed as such! Audio comes through at a low level. So be ready to press them against your ears,...when necessary! All in all, they do perform well. Figuring they were so "cheap", I bought them in bulk, (20-25). So, when they "kick the bucket", I can just pitch 'em, and move on, to the next pair! I won't feel so bad, about letting them go.

Jan 14,2018Everything was what they said it was no surprises, prices were as stated, shipping was what they said it would be making for a great xmas unlike another place who stated that by ordering by the 16th of Dec the item ordered would arrive on the 23rd but try adding 17 more days. Encore did great in every category and I'll will be buying from them in the future as well as referring them to friends and family.

Jan 12,2018Comfortable, around the ear with individual volume controls on each ear. Exactly what my wife needs to compensate for her impaired hearing while watching TV. If the company offered another choice including a pre-amplifier on the headphones, for those TV sets that are unamplified, then the product line would be complete and unbeatable. Price point is excellent for the quality and features.

Jan 12,2018One headphone arrived broken. They replaced it without question! Great service. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because the kids complain that it hurts their ears/head sometimes. May be too tight for their head, not sure. Thank you!
