Oct 06,2018I have a son with special needs who loves to listen to his music, but is very high on his headphones. They usually don’t last more than a few days because he accidentally breaks them. The headphones that I purchased do the job well and are affordable, I order 50 at a time and they last for months. Each one was extremely knowledgeable about the product I was ordering and each understood my specific needs in the areas of Education and Assessment. Once my order was completed, Julie went above and beyond any service that I have ever experienced from a company. She tracked my purchase from the time it left the facility and stayed in contact with me throughout the day, to ensure that a timely delivery was made. When there was a problem that arose with on-time delivery, Julie worked directly with the delivery company and me to ensure that we received our product in time to meet our deadline. She even went as far as to get the approval of the CEO to make arrangements to get our school the product outside of business hours, if that became necessary. I cannot rate my experience with Encore Data Products high enough! I would recommend them to anyone, and I will use them again, without reservation. Sep 05,2018The quality of the ThinkWrite 10 port USB Charger is the best I've seen out there. The unfortunate part is that I was expecting it to run on 12 volts DC. The specs on it showed that it was a 12volt DC input and it actually is a household AC input. Both ThinkWrite and Encore Data Products' websites show that it is supplied by 12 Volts DC. It turns out I want to keep the units because they are very well built and I can use them for other areas. I'm still looking for a 12 Volt USB multi-port charger.
