I came across Energy Advice Line by chance and I'm glad that I did. I was contacted by Luke who as well as being very courteous in his approach, was also 'switched on' and didn't waste my time with unnecessary waffle. We narrowed the options down very quickly and I was pleased to hear that everything would be handled by Energy Advice and that I didn't have to contact my supplier. Dealing with commercial energy contracts is slightly more complex than residential, and it's very easy to overlook deadlines and become complacent. I hope that now that I'm registered with Energy Advice we can look forward to always achieving the best deal.

Craig Shepherd was very helpful and took great pains to explain everything to me. I have to say the star was only lost because of the long winded "t&c"s but I know that this is all necessary but, boy, does it go on! Early days but hopefully everything will run smoothly with our switch-over.
Switched electricity suppliers today with a very knowledgeable rep from energy advice line who gave lots of advice and managed to get the best deal for 3 years. very happy.
Craig at The Energy Advice Line gave me helpful advice on contract lengths for my business and was friendly and professional throughout. They go through all the details and give you the best prices available. They take the hassle out of moving suppliers and Craig will contact me again when my contracts are coming up for renewal, so I don't get 'rolled over' onto higher prices! I would recommend to any business that they give The Energy Advice Line a call.

A very friendly and useful service. Craig talked me through my options and how much I would save. No pressure and very honest people. I was given time to think about it but happy to sign up for a 3 year contract on the same day.
I was engaged by a very friendly and professional sales person, although she told me twice she was not in sales! I told her BG had quoted 9.6p per unit and she said under 10p was not possible, she then gave me a long story about BG's bad practice of quoting unrealistic prices to get me hooked etc etc... I also told her OVO were cheaper than what she quoted only to be told they do not get pricing from them!. I believe they are only a broker who promote a fairly competitive price but as they are not quoting on all suppliers therefore their advice is flawed. I signed up to BG at 9.6p, and a cheaper daily rate than EAL quoted as well. Get direct online quotes for the best pricing from each supplier, I did and it was an hour well spent.
Very easy to do and as a complete novice to doing this kind of stuff Craig made things very easy for me, and did all the hard work, which i liked :-)
After trying to talk to EDF regarding our current supply it was a real pleasure to have a sensible conversation with someone who could answer every question without hesitation. Craig at Energy Advice was a breath of fresh air. EDF could learn form the experience.

Feb 07,2014I was very happy with the service, I did not have to do any leg work all was done for me, which is a bonus when we are so busy. Made options easy to understand, would no hesitate to contact them at the end of my next contract, but I am sure they will contact me before my contract expires as they have been so thorough.
