William called to explain that the electricity contract was up for renewal. He said he needed to speak to me for a few minutes and made an appointment for a convenient time. When he called, he asked what the annual consumption was and then advised on the best deal, which just happened to be with the company we were already with. Took about 5 minutes in total to sort out. Well worth it to save the hassle of having to speak to many individual supply companies.
Luke dealt with my enquiry promptly and clearly explained the various options and has signed me up to a 2 year contract which will without doubt save us money. I feel foolish that I didnt do it before now
Jo Foster, called me to talk about my energy renewal early part of the week, I said I was busy and can she call back on Friday. Well she did and at the time agreed, she told me the offers available and asked what I wanted, contract period etc. Once I agreed all the paper work was sent via email for me to sign, including a cancel letter already filled out for me, so I didn't need to write my own to send to my current provider. All I can say is I was very pleased with the professional service and the way it was made so easy for me to continue getting my energy supplied at a great price. I've used advice line 3 times now, for our resturant, nursery and this year our new business. I've never felt pressured by them like the other companies which call and harrass you when they know your contract is about to end. This year William cooper found me a great deal for my gas and electric. Next year when I renew I will Definately use them again.
