Aug 15,2019Everything about my car rental went well, no surprises! I would rent cars from them again. Only thing is you now have to allow extra time for the bus ride to the new general rental car area. I found the rental car buses do not run as frequently, as one could wish for. In the past, the rental car counters were within walking distance!

Aug 15,2019Car was parked very far away on a very rainy and windy night. For courtesy the car should have been parked closest possible to the hooded car rental facility, It was also uncertain if the rental office would be open as the phone was not picked up the many times we tried calling. The staff was there, fortunately, and they were kind, but they should have avoided us the pain of a long walk with suitcases and children at night under the rain.

Aug 15,2019The staff at the hire car desk at the airport were great. However Enterprise tried to give us a parking ticket for a fine that was not even for when we had the hire car a couple of weeks after we got back. Not good at all.

Our agent gave us excellent service: he listened to all details and wishes and did guaranteed for us a smooth experience. Kudos to him! Aug 15,2019I gave them five stars because they did a great job. One pointer: at night it was actually hard to find the car. This is true even though they had a sketched out map on how to navigate from their service desk to their parking. They need to up their game on that.
