Aug 15,2019what was quoted on line for pricing turned into 2X + the cost $230 quote to over $700 tried to get it rectified But being in a hole time zone and language issues i stopped procuring this and will be Very Cautious renting from Enterprise again

Aug 15,2019We rented a car in a specific category far before our trip. On arrival the car wasn’t available because there weren’t enough cars in storage. We got a smaller car but no price adjustment. We had to pay separately for satnav. So, all and all I wasn’t impressed by this company and won’t rent again.

Aug 15,2019three different cars, none had the sat nav working that I had ordered and prepaid for. Upon arriving back in UK my credit card had been charged twice, 8 phone calls 16 emails later and two months in the meantime then I receive a refund into my bank without a sorry or apology. I would avoid and choose another company

Aug 15,2019Great personal service and competitive pricing! Again this summer I rented a car from Enterprise Billund - we had the car for 8 weeks, and we had no issues at all (the car was brand new). The pick up was quick and to ease the struggle with all our luggage, Enterprise had kindly parked the car at the VIP parking, great! I highly recommend Enterprise.
