Sep 12,2019We were told that he car was going to be sold and that we didn’t need to ‘fill to full’ when we returned the car - we doubled checked this and the team at the desk confirmed it. When we retired the car I checked again and it was confirmed that we didn’t need to fill the car with fuel - 2 days later I got a fuel bill! Despite challenging the bill!

Sep 07,2019Returned the car one full day earlier than originally planned and was told that i may or may not receive a refund. Very disappointing as i was told in the beginning of the process that a refund would be approved if returned 24 hours prior to the return time. Also one item that was missing from the vehicle that they were unaware of and thought i had misplaced it. The vehicle itself was well maintained and drove very smoothly.

Aug 26,2019The car was new off-the-shelf with very low mileage and fitted with all optional available even if not asked at the time of booking (electric heated seats, aluminium alloy wheel, GPS). Pick-up and drop-off at CPH was a breeze. Couldn't ask for more.

Aug 25,2019I was i little delayed by plane and arrived 23.05 at the desk. They just closed the desk - as the only company. All the other companys was open until 24.00. They knew I was coming but didn't call me og any other actions. They didn't answer my calls. I had to rent a car from another company and lost all my booking and payment from Enterprise. In future I will not use Enterprise rent-a-car Denmark!
