Jul 31,2023In 2022 I was unfairly dismissed by my former employer, I launched an unfair dismissal claim to the employment tribunal and in 2023 the case was settled out of court in my favour. However, my former employer had made a false report against me to DBS and shortly after the settlement I was served a minded to bar notice. My loved one introduced me to Mr Ian Vesey of EP Legal limited. I met with Mr Vesey and he guided me through the process whilst my loved and I prepared the evidence for the response bundle. The evidence was immaculately organised and presented then sent to DBS. They carried out their investigations and cleared me of all the pending restrictions, bar notice removed. I credit this success to the eagle eyes of Mr Vesey and my loved one, their attention to details and understanding of the law gave me the reassurance and support I needed throughout that stressful experience.
