My EPOS NOW account has been deactivated without warning, and I was informed that I need to sign a new contract, even though I have already paid for my system and already have an active account. The customer service agent was unable or unwilling to provide a reason for this action. As a result, my business has had to close, leading to significant financial losses. I would not recommend this company to anyone in the hospitality industry. The support offered is minimal; I'm often left on hold for 30 minutes without any explanation. This has left me without any information for my accountants, VAT returns, and liable for fines from the HMRC. Avoid at all costs.
