Ive been with epos now for about a year and every issue I've had which has only been a few they have dealt with the issue within minutes. Lauren Tremain dealt with my blocked card issue today once again within minutes and was very helpful with a few questions I had. She's definitely an asit to the team..... keep up the good work
I had an Epos Now training session with Alex and it was great. He was very patient, good humoured, friendly and knowledgeable. Everything was explained really carefully and clearly - I was a little bit apprehensive that I wouldn't pick things up, but Alex walked me through each stage, going back over processes when needed. No support during set up. No in person training. Talking to people from other side of the world for set up discussions. Incorrect set up times booked because of them not understanding time zones. Customer support is friendly on phone but nothing gets done. Look at their responses to these reviews...all generic "we have identified your account and are actively working on" blah blah blah... Garbage company.
Efficient and kind help resolving a charge that I didn’t understand. Tim Eakins from the payments team was so helpful! I always appreciate a call back where I can talk to a member of the team. Always great service from this company.
