E-sky scammed me out of the price of a ticket by booking my flight, after collecting payment they sent me an e-mail that my flight was cancelled. I called them back, they said it was refunded, so I rebooked the flight with a different card.after checking with my bank, I learned that my money had not been refunded. My bank opened a dispute investigation and after three months of waiting, they found e-sky at fault and refunded my money. Please do not trust this company with your money. Sharon in America

If I could leave no stars, I would choose that option. I'm not one to complain and certainly not one to leave negative reviews until this encounter. I was attempting to book an Allegiant flight but was somehow directed to eSky, my mistake for not paying closer attention. After I booked the flight, I quickly saw from the email confirmation my mistake. I immediately messaged to cancel the reservation after seeing really terrible reviews and unfortunately they were all accurate. I booked a flight on April 19 and here we are now, June 10, and I still have received no refund. I have been messaging them to get updates or any sort of information but all I get is them adding more days to how long it will take to process. I first got 10 days, then 30, then they would let me know... This is crazy and highly unethical. This company is a scam and doesn't seem to process refunds at all... Extremely disappointed and frustrated....

Am cumparat un bilet dus întors. Cel de dus l am primit si cel de întors nu. A fost sotul la aeroport si nu a putut pleca . Se pare ca nu avea rezervare. Deși noi avem mail cum ca am făcut rezervarea. Ce se poate face sa primim bani inapoi

I would love to give more stars, but there has been no help at all! It all seems skechy and like a scam. My brother and his girlfriend booked today through your website thinking it was a RyanAir website, since it looked exactly alike. Now they have booked through eSky and after contacting RyanAir, they tell them that they aren't on the list. The payment has been done, an confirmation by e-mail has been received. Even an booking number for RyanAir, but that one doesn't work. What is going on? Why is RyanAir telling them they aren't on the flight? What did they pay for? was wondering could i cancel just the checked luggage ? the booking number is Z86YTS, LB9F7H, and UFN95Q. I really don't need it. please please refund the checked luggage one! thanks so much! I sent you guys this messge several times, but nobody answered me. Do i have to contact the airlines? even though i payed through esky?

Bad service! No option to change your reservation unless you are calling customer support. For each change they are charging you extra. Made a double booking, travelling with my girlfriend, they booked our seats row 5 , row 31. I called, they knew i was calling for a seat reservation and they told me the seat near me, on row 31 is free. As long as the booking was done for both of us, the seat reservation was made so you call customer support and pay extra for seat reservation change. Pathetic!
