Intampinand o problema de sistem a fost necesar sa ii contactez telefonic. M-a intampinat Simona de la custemer service si vreau sa impartasesc aici cu voi faptul ca este de un profesionalism desavarsit rar intalnit. Are toata stima si respectum meu insotit de cele mai bune ganduri! Ii multumesc si pe aceasta cale! O zi frumoasa tuturor!

ar trebui prea multe elogii pentru d-na/dsoara carmen care m-a ajutat sa rezolv problema cu rezervarea biletului.Sunt o femeie in varsta si D-na Carmen a avut rabdarea si cunostinte profesionale deosebite pentru a rezolva cazul meu. Din inima ii multumesc si, va rog cei interesati sa evidentieze calitatile umane si profesionale a angajatei Dvs. Ii multumesc.

So we went too Sweden back on the 16th Of November. When we got to our hotel the room was a bunk bed room. My other half had booked the trip as a birthday present, so obviously checked what she had booked. Yep 2 people, 1 bed - double. I went to reception too discuss who said they had recieved an email saying "bunk". They printed this off too show us and we compared emails. Esky had obviously booked a cheaper room too save money. The hotel could not accommodate us in any other room until the next day. I rang esky too be told. Nothing we can do. Send an email and we will reply within 30 days, which is not what you want too hear when your away. Luckily the hotel looked after us the next day. So back a few days later. Sent the email and recieved a reply around 2 weeks later, okay but the email said - we have forwarded this situation onto the 'IT Department'. Now 1 week being off of 2 months since we went we have not recieved any notification or feedback since this email. I have also emailed again and no response. Calling the company all you get is, sorry has to be done via email we cannot process this. The companies customer service is a joke and I will not use them again
I’ve been waiting for my boarding passes but you still haven’t sent then. My flight leaves in a few hours. No one is answering me and I really need to go home. You have a terrible service. Instead of doing this with time, you send them until the last minute. What if we miss the flights? How many more messages will I have to send to get a refund?
